At NADS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off Your Parcel

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
